After living over 30 years in the Basque Country, I started my bike rental business to thrive in this beautiful region while putting my bike mechanic skills to good use. I teamed up with my brother Guillaume, who rents surfboards in Biarritz.

What documents are required to book a bike?
An identity document is required to rent a bike (ID card, driver’s license…)
Is there an offer for groups and families?
For groups of 6 people or more, a 10% discount is offered.
What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 days before the start of your rental.
If you cancel less than 96 hours before, you will receive a 75% refund of your booking amount.
For cancellations less than 48 hours before, the refund will be 50%.
No refund will be made if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the rental.
What to do in case of a flat tire or technical problem?
Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a problem! We’ll find a solution as soon as possible.
